So update so after State Farm failed to have my beacon for vehicle delivered to my home they decided to go ahead and add more number to my insurance policy went from 270.00 to 400 after I was told it was THERE MISTAKE then I'm told just pay 270 which fine but yet on my app it doesn't even give you option to pay that so I contact customer service THEN GET TOLD I NEED TO pay 400 for 3 months till it goes down they are ripping people off here I have been dealing with this billing issue since may it is not September. I will be dropping this company and finding honest company that aren't ripping people off absolutely ridiculous

She took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I ended up saving about $900 a year bundling my auto and home insurance together. She made the entire process easy and hassle free. Great experience and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

If you ask for a quote they bill you , very disgraceful i asked for a quote for my house , i was told not to drop my insurance after their inspection, they took forever to inspect the house, by the time the give me the results of the inspection, i had already accepted other carrier and rejected their offer , now they demanding payment , I NEVER said or sign any contract or ask them to insure for any period of time

I am sorry you feel this way about my office and our company. You contacted us right before New Year's to start your home insurance policy, and by the time the results of the inspection & underwriting decision were communicated back to you, you decided to cancel our policy and go with another company.
We had asked you for a copy of your existing homeowner policy that was in force during the same time as our policy so we could cancel your house insurance without you owing any payments. To this date no copy of your policy has been received. You are welcome to contact our office and you can email, fax, mail, text or even stop by to drop off a copy of your homeowner policy at our office. I will be happy to assist you personally if you have any questions.
