Connecticut Home Care Program (CHCP) (Waterbury residents only).
In addition to these programs, the WCAAA administers programs centered around congregate and home-delivered meals, legal and chore assistance, transportation, benefits and veterans outreach, senior center support, and health screenings (home based assessments frequently act as a gateway to our programs). As a member of the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging, the WCAAA is part of a national referral network focused on assisting seniors and caregivers.
